Return & Exchange Policy
At Bernardlauret, we are committed to providing high-quality, custom-made products designed specifically for each order. Because each item is made just for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products. However, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and are here to help if any issues arise with your order.
1. Custom Products & Non-Returnable Items
As our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized or made-to-order items. This includes all custom designs on apparel, accessories, and other merchandise.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect (for example, if there was an error in the print, size, or design), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
To ensure a quick resolution, please provide the following:
- Photos of the damaged or defective item.
- A description of the issue.
- Your order number.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

4. Wrong Product or Error in Shipping
If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered (e.g., wrong size, wrong color), please reach out to us within 14 days of receipt. We will gladly send you the correct item or issue a refund for the incorrect product.
5. No Returns or Exchanges for Customer Errors
Please ensure that all information, including sizes and designs, is correct before finalizing your purchase. Since all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for errors made by the customer when placing the order.
6. Processing Time for Refunds
Once a return or exchange request is approved, the refund or replacement will be processed. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after we receive the returned item.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
8. International Returns
For international orders, please be aware that return shipping costs and any customs duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns to ensure the item is safely returned to us.
